An 8.4-metre aluminium electric tender
The AluShip E-TNDR 840 tops the electric tender range and is the only one certified for twelve. The hull is lighter than a sloop of the same length and built to plane, in aluminium welded in Steenwijk.
The numbers
8.4 m long, 2.87 m in the beam, 1130 kg, drawing 0.65 m with an air draught of 1.30 m. Certified for 12 people, CE design category D. An electric pod drives it, offered across an 8 to 18 kW band and settled in the configurator, so battery capacity, speed and range are not published as figures and are left out rather than estimated. From €61,950 including 21% Dutch VAT.
The builder
AluShip cuts and welds its own 5083-grade aluminium hulls in Steenwijk, the Netherlands. The E-Sloep sloops and the Bakdekker deck cruisers are the other electric lines.
